It's a skill that has served me well, to say the least. Jason has commented that while it's nice to go out for a good steak at a restaurant and have someone else do the work, when I can out-cook the steakhouses, there's really no point. =P

I may just be bragging now, but I have done a LOT of cooking in my time.
