Nebraska makes history.

Nebraska and Maine are the only two states that may split their electoral vote based on what the vote tallies are in their congressional districts.

Neither state has ever split its vote before.

Until now. Omaha has gone blue.

Oh dear, it must be the end of the world, right?

But, seriously, I wonder if it should work this way everywhere. Or something along the lines of splitting on smaller areas than whole states.
