I think the secret's out.

I have pretty much made my decision. I want out of school. NOW. And I talked about it with April, who spent some time at MSU and was telling me about either working for the school or the government, both have good potential. And my boyfriend has a really good friend who works for the school....hmmm...

I haven't yet told my advisor. I've been debating about just switching to the master's program and just finishing that, but we got to talking about my project, and she wants to switch it on me, because I need to get abstracts in and make presentations, and I seriously can't bring myself to remotely care at all. And I think I suspected that switching the degree program really isn't what I want to do either. I just want to get the hell out of school.

This has the potential to be a long, crappy summer. But probably the sooner I tell, the sooner I get it over with, and the better off we all are. I still have $5000 in my saving's account, so I'll be ok for a little while.

In any case...anyone know of good places to look for chemistry-oriented jobs in Lansing, by any chance? :p
