SOTU Drinking Game

1) Take a drink if health care is mentioned
2) Take a drink if the economy is mentioned
3) Take a drink if Pelosi jumps up to applaud-two drinks if Biden looks put out in any way
4) Take a drink if you start to feel too sober. :p
I think rules 1 and 2 will suffice.
