Basically, someone published my research before I did.
My project was all about porphyrin dyes and their photochemical properties. So it's cool that this is about to be commercially implemented as a new way of harnessing solar energy. But it's a good thing I quit school, because getting published now would be...not happening, so graduating would have been...impossible? My project was mostly antimony porphyrins, and I don't think they specified which porphyrin complexes they were using, but the story is about research that is VERY FUCKING similar to what my group, and me and Kate specifically, were working on.
