Thermo was fun. Yes, very, very fun. A lecture class with 2 people....and a classroom for 60. We're likely going to move around, and switch times so we have Fridays off. Always a plus with me...means I get to spend Fridays in the lab.

I did laundry today. Woohoo. It was needed.

I opened two accounts yesterday at National City. The reason for this choice? This bank is all over the damn city. They're all over the damn campus. I will never get charged an ATM fee as long as I'm in Kalamazoo. I have a savings account and a checking account. And as soon as my new debit card comes in, I'm kissing Charter One goodbye. And I'll probably open another savings account and dump whatever's left there into it, so it can be my rainy day fund. Being a grad student on a stipend with tuition reimbursement pays a HELL of a lot better than food service worker at the MUB did the past 2 years. I have a strong suspicion that analytical chemist at Akzo was probably my best-paying job though.

Nora and I are going to Roadhouse tomorrow night for drinks. I'll probably have dinner too, since I do rather enjoy the food there as well. I guess I better actually do the homework I have to get done tonight then...arg. Wait.....

Well, I should head off to lab now.
